Not at all. The consultation is designed to be relaxed and pressure-free — no prep required. If you have specific questions or want to share any background info in advance, feel free, but otherwise just bring yourself and be ready to chat about what’s working, what’s not, and where you’d like some support.

That’s completely fine — in fact, it’s really common. Part of my role is to help you figure that out. During our free consultation, we’ll explore where things feel stuck or messy in your business and identify a few practical ways forward. You don’t need all the answers — just a willingness to talk it through.
